Thank you for this great post I did mine week ago.i had only a question I changed the oil filter with the rubber seals and tighten it after a week I reopened I wasn't sure if the seals were in the good place but turned out to be ok and then installed everything back now my question is is it bad for the rubber seals to open everything and put back for the second time ?or should I now use new once ? Thank you in advance
Thank you for your comment! The most important thing is that there would be no leaks if you notice leaks it is better to replace the seal with a new one. Best Regards, Autodoc team

Nice video. However, when you say it is important that you dont mix the sides of the oil filter, this is not correct, is it? If it is, how do you know what side is up and down? Also, why dont you also inform that the bottom plastic cover under the engine must be removed (if it must, it is possible there is a gate in it.) Anyway, the video is not complete/correct.
In general, the replacement will be similar, the only thing that may be slightly different is the design features of your car. You can find more detailed information in the technical documentation for the repair of your car. AUTODOC

this guy is much better than the old orange guy.
At 3:53 you say it is important to install the filter in the correct direction, but you never say or show what direction that is!
Thanks for the clarification, we'll think about what we can do with this in new videos.
Great video
Do you have to soak the new filter in oil before putting in the car ?
Thank you for your comment.
It is not necessary to wet the new filter before installing.
